Having someone there to support you on your journey.
We believe change can occur when you have a safe place to come and receive guidance from a trained therapist. Our therapists provide the support needed while you come out, deal with a toxic relationship, society, divorce, parental alienation, rejection from family, career change, school concerns, etc.
Assessment & Support
Gender therapy requires a safe place that provides a compassionate support system to guide you.
Our therapists work with you to determine if transition is the right course of action, then assist you through the process.
The World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) publishes Standards of Care (SOC) which recommend a mental health evaluation for those starting cross-sex hormonal therapy, and an approach to transition that includes living in the preferred gender role, hormonal therapy, and later, surgery if desired, with mental health assessments for hormonal and surgical therapy, and psychotherapy if deemed necessary by the mental health provider. Trained with years of experience, our caring and compassionate therapists provide this assessment along with support during the whole transition process.
