In a safe and compassionate environment, our clients are able to heal from life’s traumas and struggles, and discover what has been missing for them. They improve their relationships, find more meaning and fulfillment from their lives and take ownership over the direction they wish to go. Our couples are able to feel heard and seen by one another, to create a new vision for their lives together, and rebuild the trust and connection they have lost.
Often times people get trapped in narrow or unhealthy ways of thinking and acting that cause them and their relationships to suffer. Whether reacting to unresolved events that occurred in the past, or feeling that they do not have the capacity to cope with their current situations and stressors, people can feel frustrated, hopeless, and unable to make a change.
Couples may be arguing, bickering, and constantly triggering each other, or they may be disconnected, feeling alone, and barely speaking. Couples therapy can start to restore the strength and vitality their relationship once had, and show them how to create a conscious partnership focused on valuing one other’s experience. Couples come to improve their emotional connection, restore intimacy, and to learn how to become responsive to their partners’ needs and wants.

LGBQ & Transgender
You may be questioning your sexual identity, experiencing internalized or externalized homophobia, struggling with norms in their community of choice, or deciding whether to come out to your family or friends. Furthermore, you may be starting the gender transition process and need support and assistance with the medical intervention process. We provide a safe and affirming therapeutic environment in which to explore and address these important questions and in which your sexual orientation or gender expression is understood, respected and fully supported.
Tweens & Adolescents
Adolescents are complex, and parents are not given an instruction manual with how to deal with all the changes and issues this age group struggles with. Sometimes, parents are simply facing issues with their adolescent that they do not know how to handle. Many adolescents stumble as they are growing and the adolescent and their family can find help with the wide range of problems by addressing those issues in therapy.
